Located in an existing retail district, the Lane County Glass Building was designed to compliment the character of the surrounding neighborhood while being a unique structure in its own right. It is a two-story metal building clad in exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS). The owner occupies thirty-five percent of the building and leases the remaining ground floor as retail space and the second floor as offices.
