 The Village at Agate Beach is a townhouse development of four buildings, each with three units, located less than a 2 minute walk from the north edge of Agate Beach. The units range in size from 2,200 to 2,500 square feet and include three bedrooms, two to three baths, and an open floor plan for the living areas that extends onto balconies facing views of the ocean and coastline. A common area at the interior of the site unifies the buildings into a neighborhood community. The design makes use of the sloping site to allow ocean views for all the units. The back units are also furnished with an elevator and are designed to be ADA accessible. |
